Distraction

I have been angry for the past few days. In fact, if I am in your instant messaging list, you would have noticed that I was 'Pissed Off' about 2 days ago. The simple shout out indeed invited many concerned responses from various parties, including my mother. I was touched to know there were many who cared, and yet sad that the person who made me angry still did not know why I was angry. Perhaps I'm thinking too much. Perhaps I'm being oversensitive and over-reacting. Talking to my cousin and friends has helped tremendously, and now I have a game plan. I will not be affected. I just need distraction. God help me.
